Hu’s Pie is a traditional Northeastern Chinese cuisine, specializing in the classic handmade Chinese Dumplings from Northeast China and our signature Hu’s Pie. We are Melbourne’s first Chinese Restaurant launched Northeast Pie and a variety of options features traditional handmade dumplings. Hu’s Pie first was originated at Xuong Yao (Liaoning Province), gradually Hu’s and family have combined many Northeastern Chinese Cuisines in to one menu, today Hu’s brought their experience and knowledge here and share the great food they make and can be enjoyed in the beautiful environment and unique style of decoration.
